Meal Plans
When we discuss food, it must be good, healthful, and aesthetically pleasing. Our food is for the soul, and we prioritize that. Depending on what ingredients are available, our chef prepares delicious cuisine from all over the world. Every meal is prepared fresh and upon request; if not, we use our incredible menu, which is consistently well-received.
Porridge, health snacks, juices, croissants, healthy bread, tea, coffee, and occasionally Indian dinners will all be served during the retreat. Other options include rice, lentils, soups, ethnic salads, grilled vegetables, and many more. If anyone is interested, we will also offer a culinary class.

A peaceful haven far from bustling cities, Temple Retreat is situated in the Himalayan foothills. Our amenities and services are intended to make you feel comfortable and at home.
In addition to communal areas for group classes and seminars where visitors can unwind in between activities, we have private rooms for individual clients with adjacent restrooms and toiletries.
